Crucially, every interaction must embody our foundational CORE values: Commitment, Integrity, Reliability, and Personable service.The Opportunity: Sales Strategy and PerformanceDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue objectives and market presence goals for payroll and integrated HR solutions.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, deal size, time-to-close) and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met.Manage and forecast sales pipelines accurately, providing regular updates and detailed reports to executive leadership.Drive accountability within the team for adherence to all company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.Reach or exceed assigned sales goalsConnect customers' business needs with our firms products and services Cross-sell other firm solutions to existing clients Present periodic reports and updates to senior management regarding sales performance, field needs and market insights.Team Leadership and CoachingRecruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of high-performing Account Executives/Sales Representatives.Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to enhance selling skills and product knowledge, particularly regarding complex payroll regulations and solutions.Offer guidance & motivate the sales team by establishing clear incentive structures and professional development opportunities.Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture enabling them to excel in their roles and meet individual and team quotas.
