Senior Program Manager – Luxury Residential Projects
A private family seeks an accomplished Senior Program Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of significant luxury residential projects. This role requires the maturity, judgment, and discretion expected in a private estate environment, where confidentiality, service mindset, and impeccable execution are paramount.
Acting as the single point of accountability, the Senior Program Manager will ensure that every element of design, construction, and delivery reflects the family's standards, vision, and long-term needs—while safeguarding timelines, budgets, and the integrity of the residence.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Project Oversight
- Lead complex residential projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring seamless coordination among architects, designers, contractors, artisans, and specialty experts.
Principal & Representative Partnership
- Serve as the primary interface with the Principal and their trusted advisors, operating with complete confidentiality and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Translate direction into detailed execution plans while maintaining a professional, service-driven presence.
Budget, Timeline & Resource Stewardship
- Develop, monitor, and manage detailed project budgets and schedules.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and value while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish.
Vendor & Trade Partner Management
- Source, evaluate, and oversee top-tier contractors, artisans, and suppliers.
- Ensure performance, contract compliance, and work that aligns with premium estate expectations.
Quality, Risk & Compliance Leadership
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks affecting schedule, cost, or quality.
- Conduct rigorous QA oversight and ensure adherence to all local codes, safety requirements, and best practices suitable for luxury private environments.
Communication & Change Control
- Maintain polished, concise, and timely communication with stakeholders.
- Uphold structured change processes, ensuring that expectations, impacts, and decisions are clearly documented and understood by all parties.
Qualifications:
- 10 years leading large-scale luxury residential or estate construction programs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate discreetly within private family or UHNW settings.
- Proven success managing premium contractors, complex budgets, and demanding timelines.
- Deep knowledge of construction, design development, high-end materials, and luxury-level standards.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Compensation & Schedule:
This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule during general business hours. The salary range is $175,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience.
