We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, self-motivated learner to serve as the Senior Client Relationship Manager. We are looking to hire someone who functions both as a senior client-facing relationship manager and who also has the capacity to source for talent in the Mid-West market.
The Senior Client Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining active relationships with Midwest clients and nationwide, as needed. You will manage every aspect of the search from start up through the eventual placement of a candidate(s).
This professional will work with our team to fill a variety of roles for our clients, including Estate Managers, Family Office Directors, Chefs, Housekeepers, Nannies, and Executive/Personal Assistants.

- Previous experience with human resources a plus, but not required

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday with standard office hours, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. This role is fully in-office. There is no availability for remote or hybrid work.
Regular travel to Chicago is required. Additional periodic travel to Midwest locations will be needed as well.
Compensation:
We offer a collaborative working environment with a long-term, high-performing team of professionals who will teach you our craft.
Compensation from $100,000-$130,000 annually, based on experience, in addition to an uncapped quarterly bonus earned on results, and we expect it to be significant.
