Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented quality assurance professional to support testing activities across a dynamic ServiceNow platform environment, including a major program initiative and a broader platform enhancement portfolio. This role is responsible for evaluating and testing software for completeness, quality, correctness, and security. The ideal candidate will bring deep ServiceNow testing expertise, hands-on experience with the Automated Test Framework (ATF), and a passion for improving platform quality, reducing production risk, and increasing release confidence. This position plays a critical role in supporting AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans for ServiceNow initiatives
Create and maintain manual and automated test cases aligned to platform requirements
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites
Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and release validation testing
Support testing activities for AI-enabled workflows, SNAP-E use cases, and platform enhancements
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, and product owners throughout the SDLC
Establish testing standards, processes, and best practices across the ServiceNow platform
Support platform upgrades, releases, and deployment validation activities
Produce testing metrics, status reporting, and quality dashboards
Build reusable regression testing assets to improve long-term testing efficiency
Skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Proficiency testing ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and platform customizations
Strong ability to create test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with test automation and regression testing strategies
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Employee Center, Service Catalog, and IntegrationHub solutions
Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Experience
5 years of Quality Assurance or Software Testing experience
3 years of ServiceNow testing experience
Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certification preferred
