Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth team execution
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Ensure proper backlog and workflow management in tools like Jira
Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders
Foster collaboration and alignment across teams and business units
Act as a servant leader—guiding, coaching, and empowering the team

Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ServiceNow (nice to have)
Experience supporting enterprise Agile transformations
Background in scaling Agile practices beyond individual teams

A servant leader—not a command-and-control manager
Someone adaptable, flexible, and solution-oriented
Strong collaborator who can break down silos and drive alignment
A coach who can elevate team performance and Agile maturity
Why This Role?
Opportunity to contribute to a large-scale Agile transformation
Involvement in Xcel Energy’s “Homeroom” model focused on best practices and continuous improvement
