We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join a dynamic Transformation Program Management Office (TPMO) supporting a multi-year enterprise-wide modernization initiative. This role is central to ensuring the successful delivery of a large-scale technology transformation portfolio by providing centralized oversight, governance, and alignment across multiple complex, high-risk programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to manage competing priorities, drive accountability, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. As a key contributor to the Program Design and Governance workstream, this individual will play a critical role in enabling executive visibility into transformation progress, risk posture, and value realization across an integrated portfolio of strategic programs.

Responsibilities:

- Manage complex, high-risk projects with significant organizational impact, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Oversee project budgets and schedules, providing accurate and timely reporting to executive stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day aspects of project scope, ensuring alignment with program objectives and strategic outcomes
- Develop, maintain, and manage project work plans and work breakdown structures to support effective planning and execution
- Identify, assess, and minimize project risk through proactive risk and issue management practices
- Support the establishment and enforcement of program governance frameworks, standards, and processes across the transformation portfolio
- Provide financial management support, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis across programs
- Facilitate vendor management activities, including performance monitoring, contract compliance, and relationship coordination
- Maintain a centralized risk and issue log, driving timely resolution and escalation as appropriate
- Ensure consistency in governance tools, processes, and performance tracking across all programs within the portfolio
- Support the development and delivery of integrated portfolio reporting for executive and senior leadership audiences
- Collaborate with program teams to promote standardization and a unified transformation experience for key stakeholders

Skills:

- Strong project and program management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex, interdependent workstreams
- Expertise in program governance, including the design and implementation of governance frameworks and operating models
- Proficiency in financial management, including budget oversight, cost tracking, and financial forecasting
- Experience in vendor management, including performance monitoring and contract oversight
- Strong risk and issue management capabilities, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive audiences
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience developing and maintaining project work plans, work breakdown structures, and integrated program schedules

Experience:

- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on large-scale, complex technology or business transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience supporting or operating within a Program Management Office (PMO) or Transformation Program Management Office (TPMO)
- Prior experience managing program governance, financial oversight, vendor relationships, and risk management in an enterprise environment
- Experience working on or supporting technology modernization programs, such as ERP migrations, CIS implementations, or operational technology upgrades, is strongly preferred

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Additional certifications in program management, such as PgMP, or risk management, such as PMI-RMP, are strongly preferred

Joining this team means becoming part of a once-in-a-generation transformation effort that will shape the future of a leading energy company for years to come. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and execution, contributing to programs that directly impact customers, field operations, and the broader energy landscape. With high visibility to executive leadership and the chance to influence how transformation is governed and delivered at scale, this role offers both professional challenge and meaningful impact for the right candidate.
