- Serve as a servant leader to a team of 12–14 members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary while maintaining strong cross‑team relationships
- Ensure strong Agile hygiene and accurate documentation within Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
- Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and Scrum principles
- Support enterprise Agile initiatives by acting as a shared service across technology teams
- Promote a culture of trust, transparency, and adaptability without command‑and‑control behaviors
- 5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master within Agile development environments
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and guide teams in Agile and Scrum practices
- Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills across matrixed organizations
- Experience supporting Agile teams within large, complex enterprises
- Hands‑on experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align)
- Ability to manage dependencies and organizational blockers with a collaborative mindset
- Experience supporting data, analytics, or platform teams
- Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM
- Experience contributing to enterprise‑level Agile transformations
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent – certification type flexible)
- Formal education is less important than demonstrated experience and Agile leadership capability
