Trissential is hiring an IT Project Manager to join our client’s team and lead a high-visibility enterprise initiative focused on forecasting, procurement, and delivery. This role is ideal for a hands-on PM who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and owning delivery from planning through execution.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Hands on Project Management for the experience
• Manage and maintain all PMO documentation, processes, and reporting standards
• Develop and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive-level communications
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues
• Ensure financial tracking, forecasting accuracy, and vendor performance management
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5 years of hands-on IT Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of core project management methodologies and PMO processes
• Proven experience with financial tracking, forecasting, and budget management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Vendor management experience within enterprise IT environments
• Exposure to large, matrixed organizations with multiple IT teams
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus
