Position Overview
The Program Manager supports multiple cross-functional projects varying in complexity, scope, and duration, with a focus on both technical and logistical execution. This role is responsible for tracking project deliverables, supporting project teams, and ensuring business-driven solutions are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Prepare and maintain project reports, timelines, and documentation
Support the development of detailed work plans to ensure on-time project delivery
Track and manage project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
Assist in driving projects through planning, execution, and reconciliation phases
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays
Financial Management
Support budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of project financials
Reconcile cost and work order data to ensure accuracy
Assist in evaluating the financial impact of scope or schedule changes
Provide financial reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Conduct audits to ensure compliance and correct discrepancies
Operational Effectiveness
Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to scope
Manage day-to-day coordination of project schedules and costs
Support approval and tracking of change orders, overtime, and vendor-related expenses
Monitor vendor performance, productivity, and quality
Identify and resolve project deviations to maintain performance targets
Scope & Risk Management
Assist in identifying project risks and issues
Support development and implementation of mitigation strategies
Participate in change management processes, including documentation of change orders and exception requests
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Collaborate across functions to improve project efficiency and resource utilization
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels
Regulatory & Compliance
Monitor and/or inspect project work to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
Ensure remediation plans are completed and properly documented
Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting processes
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting or managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment
Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies
Experience with financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in utilities, energy, or infrastructure projects
