We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive the company's growth through innovative product and service development. This role requires a highly analytical and collaborative individual who can balance short and long-term business objectives while ensuring that marketing priorities align with the company's overall strategic plan. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscapes, and market trends, and will be able to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies that maximize returns on assets and resources. This is a critical leadership role that requires exceptional communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Establish product, service, and product development priorities based on projected results, considering overall short and long-term returns against assets and resources expended
- Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing priorities are consistent with the strategic plan and that activities align with established and agreed-upon priorities
- Conduct customer and competitive research to ensure the company provides customers with desired products, technical support, and services at prices that generate the greatest total dollar return across the entire product line
- Research and identify new product and service opportunities that match the company's core competencies
- Develop and provide marketing materials to support all product and service sales efforts, including those of sister companies and distributors
- Support internal communications, marketing, training, motivational, and incentive development efforts
- Identify and implement procedures and systems to ensure marketing support functions are consistent and efficient while meeting internal and external customer needs

Skills:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to evaluate projected results and prioritize accordingly
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in conducting customer and competitive market research
- Ability to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle management
- Ability to identify and implement efficient systems and procedures
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
