Recruiter
Location: Onsite (Monday–Friday)

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to placement
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Screen and qualify candidates to match client needs
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet weekly activity and placement goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and competitive mindset
- Comfortable making calls and engaging with candidates daily
