The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to handle large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with accuracy and speed
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records
- Verify and cross-check information with source documents
- Assist with generating reports and data summaries
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry systems
