Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships from initial onboarding through ongoing service delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal accounting, payroll, tax, and operations teams
- Review monthly financial reports and bookkeeping work to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Interpret financial information and communicate findings in a clear, understandable manner
- Monitor client accounts to identify discrepancies, trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Coordinate projects and deadlines across multiple departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Educate clients on fundamental business finance concepts, including financial statements, cash flow management, and financial best practices
- Provide guidance that helps clients strengthen financial organization and operational efficiency
- Maintain regular communication regarding deliverables, upcoming requirements, and key financial milestones
- Support continuous improvement of client processes and internal workflows
- Foster confidence in financial decision-making through ongoing consultation and education
- Ensure a high-quality client experience through responsiveness, accuracy, and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or a related financial services environment
- Prior experience working directly with clients, customers, or business stakeholders
- Working knowledge of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and basic reporting concepts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain financial concepts to individuals with varying levels of financial knowledge
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
