Fractional CFO
Magnify is looking for a Fractional CFO who can provide strategic financial leadership and help executives make informed business decisions. This opportunity is suited for an experienced finance professional who excels at financial planning, forecasting, and strategic advisory services.
You’ll work with client leadership teams to evaluate financial performance, develop financial models, assess capital structure, and identify opportunities to strengthen business performance. Your expertise will help clients navigate financial challenges and make decisions that support their long-term goals.

You might be a great fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 8 years of financial leadership experience.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning skills.
- Experience evaluating capital structure, financing options, and cash flow strategies.
- The ability to analyze financial reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting financial insights to executive leadership, ownership groups, or boards.

What you’ll actually DO:
- Provide strategic financial guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and interpret financial models, KPIs, and performance dashboards to support business decisions.
- Advise clients on capital structure, financing options, and cash flow strategies.
- Oversee high-level financial reporting accuracy and strategic accounting policies.
- Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities that may impact business performance.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to client boards, ownership groups, and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Controllers, Senior Managers, and Managers to support financial strategy and decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures while fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
