Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFO Consultant to join our team, supporting a variety of companies in our National market. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, driving strategic growth, and providing guidance on technology and data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise combined with strong technical and analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations and planning activities
- Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and data analytics
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Partner with senior leadership to drive growth and profitability
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams to ensure performance and development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 10 years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role
- Strong technical background with expertise in data analysis and technology integration
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proven ability to drive innovation and leverage technology within finance functions
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Diverse industry experience strongly preferred
