Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, have a billing or accounting background, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong time management, a dedicated work ethic, and the ability to quickly adapt to internal systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage project billing in alignment with company standards.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage data, including building pivot tables, applying filters, updating complex spreadsheets without overwriting formulas, and invoicing.
- Demonstrate and explain Excel usage from current and past positions; may be asked to complete an Excel assessment.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation and notes, particularly during training.
- Collaborate effectively with project operations and other internal teams using Teams and internal software.
- Manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with hands-on experience in advanced functions.
- Previous billing, accounting, or finance experience
- Excellent organizational and note-taking skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and strong work ethic.
- Technology proficient, able to quickly learn and use internal systems.
- Commitment to full-time in-office work for the first 6–12 months
