Acute & Critical Care - CNA (PRN)

Madison health is seeking to employ an empathetic and driven Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist nursing staff in providing the highest quality of patient care. The incumbent would answer call lights, record vital signs, provide personal hygiene care, feed patients, as well as other tasks related to patient care. The CNA is crucial to ensuring patients have the best possible experience every time while under the care of Madison health.

• Classification: PRN
• Schedule: Variable (discuss in interview)
• 4 shifts a month, rotating weekends
• 12 hour shifts

Education:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Idaho

Experience:

• One (1) year of previous healthcare facility experience as a CNA, preferred

Skills/Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task
• Effective communication skills with diverse demographics both written and verbally
• Initiative to identify work to be done and accomplish it without direct supervision
