Under the direction of a Radiologist, the CT/X-Ray Technologist performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing CT and radiographic equipment to obtain high quality images for diagnostic purposes. Responsibilities include performing CT and routine diagnostic radiology procedures, supervising and training students and imaging personnel assigned to the department, and ensuring proper operation of imaging equipment by initiating repairs and maintenance requests as needed. Images are presented to the Radiologist for interpretation utilizing PACS systems.
The Technologist is expected to follow all safety guidelines and uphold the Radiology Mission Statement in all interactions, recognizing that patient care and quality service are the highest priorities.

- Schedule- Full Time (36-40 hrs Per Week)
- Sunday-Saturday Days/Swing shifts/Some Holidays/ Surgery Shifts/Hospital and Clinic Shifts
- 4x10's - variable shifts
- Benefit eligible
- Able to use the PACS, RIS, CR and DR systems. Healthcare provider CPR certification required.
- Internal applicants receiving on the job training in CT shall be deemed to possess the 6 months minimum of experience preferred requirements listed below as a result of their training time invested.
- Must have an active ARRT license.
- Must be able to start an IV.
- Must be competent in all routine diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to: Routine, Fluoroscopic, OR, Trauma, Portable radiographs or fluoroscopy.
- Minimum of 6 months of documented CT experience preferred.
- ARRT registered required.
- Completion of an approved Radiology Technologist program required.
