Facilitates the quality of care, safety, efficiency, and level of patient/family service on designated shifts. Acts as a leader and supervisor to all nursing personnel on unit. Supports the strategic plan of the organization. Is an integral member of the unit leadership team, supporting the director and other clinical leaders in accomplishing unit objectives. This is a leadership position.

Schedule: Full time
- Nights- 3x12 hours a week rotating schedule
- Benefit eligible
- Ability to manage, coordinate, and direct nurses in administrative tasks.
- Possess interpersonal skills complimentary to communicating with patients, family or significant others, providers, and other healthcare team members.
- Exhibit critical thinking skills and enthusiasm regarding the work day experience.
- Understand and have a profound knowledge of all the medications and equipment in the department.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks based on priorities.
- Meet all required education, training, skills, and qualifications of the Med/Surg/ICU RN.
- Minimum of 2 years acute care hospital experience as RN required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in clinical area required; 2 or more years preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- Current unencumbered Idaho or Compact Agreement State RN license.
