We've been retained by a leading international infrastructure investor, to hire a Director of Infrastructure Value Creation.
The Role
A senior asset management hire focused on driving value across a portfolio of complex operational infrastructure assets in North America. You will lead refinancing's, restructurings, and divestments, work directly with management teams on commercial and financial performance, and support platform growth through acquisitions and new investment activity.
About the Strategy
- Invests in core and core-plus infrastructure across operationally intensive platform businesses
- Focuses on assets with long-term, predictable, and resilient cash flows — less correlated to broader economic cycles
- Active asset management philosophy: works directly with management teams to drive governance, operational performance, and value creation across the asset lifecycle
- North American platform spans transportation, energy transmission, utilities, and industrial infrastructure, with appetite to grow through acquisitions and platform build-outs
Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years in infrastructure asset management, investments, or consulting
- Strong transaction execution experience — refinancing's, restructurings, or M&A
- Commercial and financial acumen; comfortable at board and CEO level
- Transportation, utilities, or industrial infrastructure background preferred
- Generalist infrastructure profiles with value-add experience considered
- Not exclusively P3 — operational platform experience strongly preferred
