The firm is an emerging manager with ~$2B of capital raised and a lean, entrepreneurial team operating across North America and Europe. Since inception, the team has focused on a “build & scale” investment approach—partnering with management teams to create and grow businesses across renewable power, storage, grid infrastructure, and broader decarbonization themes.
The Opportunity
The team is looking to add Associates for a Summer 2026 start. This role offers:
- Hands-on exposure to platform-oriented investing
- Significant responsibility across deal execution and portfolio work
- Direct interaction with senior team members and management teams
- Exposure across a broad set of energy transition subsectors
Investment Focus Areas

Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing
- Strong financial modeling and transaction experience
- Interest in energy transition and platform-building strategies
- Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environment
