The team deploys long-term capital across the global energy value chain, investing in both conventional energy and energy transition businesses, infrastructure, and emerging decarbonization opportunities. With a multi-billion-dollar portfolio and an active global investment mandate, this is an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact transactions across a broad range of energy sectors.
The role offers exposure to:
- Evaluating and executing principal investments across energy and infrastructure
- Financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee materials
- Commercial and financial due diligence
- Portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives
- Conventional energy, power, energy transition, carbon management, and other emerging energy themes
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisory
