We are partnering with a leading private investment firm to identify an Associate to join its infrastructure investing team in New York. The Associate will play an integral role across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments across a diversified infrastructure portfolio spanning transportation, utilities, energy, digital infrastructure, and other essential assets.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis, industry research, and commercial due diligence.
- Build and maintain complex financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and return scenarios.
- Conduct market research and develop investment theses across infrastructure subsectors.
- Support all aspects of transaction execution, including diligence coordination, financing, negotiations, and documentation.
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic initiatives, value creation, and ongoing monitoring.
- Prepare investment committee materials and present analyses to the investment team.
- Collaborate with senior team members on portfolio management and fundraising-related initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or a related principal investing role.
- Strong transaction experience across infrastructure, power & utilities, energy, industrials, transportation, digital infrastructure, or other adjacent sectors.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced investment environment.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
