Join a growing cybersecurity advisory practice that helps financial institutions strengthen their defenses and meet regulatory standards. This role combines risk assessment, control evaluation, and client advisory, supporting initiatives across Insider Threat, Identity & Access Management, and Cyber Resilience.
You’ll work alongside cross-functional client teams, translating assessments into actionable improvements. The focus is guiding implementation—not heavy engineering—while ensuring alignment with financial regulations and organizational priorities.
What You’ll Tackle
• Conduct cybersecurity and GRC assessments across IAM, Insider Threat, and Resilience domains
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to security controls, policies, and governance processes
• Support development of remediation roadmaps aligned with regulatory expectations (e.g., NYDFS 500)
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and executive presentations
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal best-practice materials
• Collaborate across cyber, technology, and business units to operationalize findings
What You Bring
• 3–7 years in cybersecurity consulting, audit, or risk management
• Strong grasp of IAM, Insider Threat, or Cyber Resilience frameworks
• Experience with vulnerability management and control implementation
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements within financial services
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in information security, IT, or related discipline
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent)
• Background in investment banking or financial consulting
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO, or CIS frameworks
• Exposure to Cloud Security or Digital Trust initiatives
