Responsibilities:
Serve as the firm's subject matter expert on commodities trading compliance, with expertise in CFTC, ICE, CME, and MiFID II regulations
Advise traders, quants, and operations teams on compliance requirements related to commodities trading
Monitor trading activity for signs of market abuse, manipulation, or disruptive practices
Collaborate with technology teams to integrate compliance controls into automated and algorithmic trading strategies
Lead responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations
Develop and deliver targeted compliance training for the commodities trading desk
Salary : $225,000 - $300,000
