Risk Tech Analyst

A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Risk Technology Analyst to support data, analytics, and technology initiatives across a complex business environment. This role sits at the intersection of technology, analytics, and stakeholder support, helping ensure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of critical data and analytical outputs.

The ideal candidate is technically curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, troubleshooting issues, supporting business users, and collaborating across multiple teams to improve operational efficiency and data quality.

What You'll Tackle:

• Generate, validate, and analyze data outputs used by internal stakeholders and business teams.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues involving source data, calculations, configurations, and downstream processes.
• Support data requests, reporting needs, and operational activities tied to analytics and business workflows.
• Assist with platform configuration, testing, and implementation of new capabilities and enhancements.
• Partner with development and technical teams to improve automation, reliability, and process efficiency.
• Support data mapping, preparation, validation, and integration activities across multiple systems.
• Develop documentation, test plans, support procedures, and knowledge base materials.
• Perform troubleshooting, issue analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and data integrity.

What You Bring:

• 2 years of experience in a technical, analytical, business systems, or technology-focused role.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, validation, or operational support activities.
• Strong spreadsheet, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical projects, business requirements, and outcomes clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, business, or related field preferred.
