A leading global financial institution is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support strategic initiatives within its Fixed Income Trading environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with trading, risk, and engineering teams to deliver complex capital markets solutions. You will play a key role in driving delivery across front, middle, and back-office initiatives, with a strong focus on interest rate products, derivatives, and FX. Success in this role requires both strong Agile delivery experience and a deep understanding of financial products.
What You’ll Tackle
• Lead delivery of trading and risk-related initiatives across Fixed Income and FX
• Partner with front office traders, quants, and risk teams to define and execute project goals
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and sprint execution
• Coordinate across technology, operations, and control functions
• Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Support implementation of trading systems, regulatory initiatives, and risk frameworks
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
What You Bring
• Strong experience in Capital Markets within a banking environment
• Deep understanding of Fixed Income products, including interest rate swaps and derivatives
• Exposure to FX trading and related systems
• Proven experience as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master
• Experience working with front office trading desks
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with XVA, counterparty credit risk, or market risk frameworks
• Exposure to regulatory programs (FRTB, CFTC, etc.)
• Background in large-scale transformation programs
• Experience working in global, cross-regional teams
