Overview:
Design and enhance the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) framework and methodology.
Lead the annual CRA process across business lines and support functions, including data collection and quality controls.
Provide credible challenge and oversight of first line of defense (LoD1) risk assessments.
Develop management reporting, presentations, and dashboards highlighting key compliance risks and trends.
Support RCSA processes, risk mapping, and tracking of CRA remediation actions.
Collaborate across Compliance, business units, and Operational Risk to strengthen controls, reporting, and compliance programs.
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
