This role is responsible for coordinating and managing regulatory examination activity across multiple business lines, including wholesale banking, operations, finance, regulatory reporting, and sales & trading functions. The position serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies, helping ensure effective preparation, communication, and follow-through throughout the examination lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of regulatory examinations and supervisory reviews, preparing business and functional teams for regulator meetings and information requests
- Support ongoing regulatory engagement activities, including recurring supervisory meetings and ad hoc deep-dive sessions with prudential and securities regulators
- Provide regular status updates to senior management, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of potential regulatory concerns
- Review, analyze, and summarize materials submitted in response to regulatory inquiries and requests
- Maintain strong working relationships with regulators while partnering closely with internal business, risk, legal, and compliance teams
- Draft and coordinate comprehensive written responses to examination findings, regulatory correspondence, and information requests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather supporting documentation and address regulatory observations or remediation actions
- Track examination progress, maintain reporting dashboards, and oversee issue management processes related to regulatory findings
- Contribute to enhancements of compliance governance, supervisory processes, and regulatory engagement frameworks
- Participate in firmwide initiatives and special projects supporting broader compliance and regulatory objectives
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
