• Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in evaluating and negotiating transactions with banking partners and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ICBC affiliates to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Support portfolio monitoring, work plan development, and achievement of annual targets.
• Conduct due diligence and KYC reviews, prepare credit analyses and applications, and assist throughout the credit approval and closing process, including documentation and file management in accordance with policy.
• Contribute to risk management by identifying, monitoring, and escalating risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and covenants, and assisting with portfolio reviews, loan classifications, and post-disbursement monitoring.
• Maintain accurate client communication logs, support relationship development, and relay client feedback to internal teams to enhance products and service quality.
