About Us: MadFish is a fine dining steak & seafood restaurant located in St Pete Beach. We are dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences through innovative and delectable dishes that showcase the finest ingredients and culinary techniques. We are seeking charismatic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers at MadFish. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for hospitality, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to deliver impeccable service in an upscale dining setting.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

· Present menus, make recommendations, and assist guests with their selections, ensuring a thorough understanding of dietary restrictions and preferences.

· Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely and precise service.

· Serve food and beverages to guests in an elegant and efficient manner, adhering to fine dining service standards.

· Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience.

· Ensure tables are set according to the restaurant's standards and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

· Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.

· Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and provide receipts promptly.

· Communicate effectively with kitchen and management regarding special requests, guest feedback, and any issues that may arise.

· Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

· Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant service experience is highly preferred.

· Excellent knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairing expertise.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a flawless guest experience.

· Must be able to stand and move for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 pounds.

· Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an asset.
