Job Overview
We are hiring an Assistant Event Coordinator to support the setup, operation, and management of in-person retail events. This role focuses on event logistics, customer engagement, and onsite support.
Duties
- Assist the Event Coordinator with event setup, signage, and product displays
- Greet customers, answer basic product questions, and provide brand information
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming event booth
- Support customers through understanding promotions and available product options
- Record event activity and customer inquiries as needed
- Ensure the event area stays clean, stocked, and presentable
- Assist with event wrap-up, teardown, and reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, or event work
- Positive, energetic, and reliable
- Ability to assist with physical setup (light lifting and standing)
Work Environment
- In-person role at community events, indoor venues, and public event locations.
- Regular interaction with guests, event attendees, and client representatives.
- Community promotional events
Employment Type

Compensation Details
- $22.99 –$27.68 per hour
- This is your base hourly pay
