Overview
We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to assist with day-to-day support of assigned client accounts during live, in-person events.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned accounts during scheduled in-store events
- Assist with event coordination and on-site organization
- Communicate updates to supervisors and account leads
- Help ensure event guidelines and standards are followed
- Provide general assistance to customers as needed
- Maintain basic records related to event activity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in public, fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to local work locations
Work Environment
- In-person role at community events, indoor venues, and public event locations.
- Regular interaction with guests, event attendees, and client representatives.
- Some light lifting when setting up or taking down materials (10–20 lbs).
Employment Type
- Full-Time W2 Employee
- 30–40 hours per week
- Not an independent contractor
Compensation Details
- $18.50 –$24.00 per hour
- This is your base hourly pay
- No commission or performance-based pay
