Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry Level Promotions Assistant to support in-store promotional events by assisting customers, supporting event setup, and maintaining a positive on-site environment.
Duties
- Assist with in-store promotional event setup and breakdown
- Greet customers and provide general event information
- Support on-site staff and supervisors during events
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event area
- Follow event guidelines and customer service standards
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Comfortable working in public, fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to local event locations
Work Environment
- In-person role at community events, indoor venues, and public event locations.
- Regular interaction with guests, event attendees, and client representatives.
Employment Type
- Full-Time W2 Employee
- 30–40 hours per week
- Not an independent contractor
Compensation Details
- $22.45–$27.03 per hour
- This is your base hourly pay
- No commission or performance-based pay
