Job Overview
MAD Events is seeking a Entry Level Communications Assistant to support event operations by communicating product information to customers, assisting with event logistics, and helping maintain a smooth and organized in-store experience.
Duties
- Assist with in-person communication during live events and retail promotions
- Greet customers and provide clear information about product features and promotions
- Answer questions and guide customers through available options
- Support event setup, signage placement, and product organization
- Help maintain accurate notes on customer inquiries and interactions
- Keep the event area clean, stocked, and customer-friendly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet
- No previous experience required—training provided
Work Environment
- In-person role at community events, indoor venues, and public event locations.
- Regular interaction with guests, event attendees, and client representatives.
- Some light lifting when setting up or taking down materials (10–20 lbs).
Employment Type

Compensation Details
- $45,638 –$54,961 per year
