About the Role
In this role, you will provide essential coordination, administrative, and candidate engagement support to ensure a smooth, efficient, and values-led recruitment process. By proactively assisting in sourcing efforts, maintaining candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring teams, you will play a key role in helping Macro attract top talent aligned with its culture and strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment support and coordination: Schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Post jobs on relevant boards, internal systems, and social media platforms. Support applicant tracking and data entry within our recruitment system (ATS).
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional and timely experience for all candidates. Provide updates and respond to candidate inquiries. Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation. Maintain a high standard of communication from application to onboarding.
- Sourcing & Talent Pool Support: Assist in identifying potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases. Maintain and update talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs. Support inclusion-focused outreach and community engagement initiatives.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare weekly recruitment reports and dashboards. Ensure all candidate records and activities are up to date and compliant with company policies and US employment law. Assist in document collection and filing to ensure audit readiness.
- Employer Brand & Communications: Help coordinate recruitment marketing activity including job adverts, social media posts, and candidate communications. Promote a positive and consistent employer brand in all external communications.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented talenat acquisition assistant to support our growing US operations. This role will work closely with the Regional People Partner, hiring managers and the leadership team to help deliver a seamless, efficient, and values-led recruitment process. This role plays a critical part in ensuring we attract and engage talent who align with our purpose and culture, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and doing what’s right.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role.
- Familiarity with US recruitment practices and basic employment law.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, capable of liaising professionally with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary range is $58,000 to $66,00 annually.
