About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our guests. You will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Present a professional image at all times.
- Receive and welcome all visitors to reception, create a favorable impression of the company through provision of a friendly, helpful and welcoming initial contact to all visitors and staff.
- Ensure phone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner.
- Pre-register all visitors on Company booking tool.
- Maintain physical security of client space by monitoring all employee and guest traffic in reception and access control of vendors and contractors entering client space through the freight elevator.
- Issue access cards and keys as required, ensuring adherence to all relevant security processes and protocols.
- Ensure all contractors entering the space have undergone HSE induction.
- Completion of reports/checklists as necessary for the fulfillment of KPIs.
- Daily tracking and documenting of the total USPS, UPS and packages received and shipped out.
- Create and ship items from client via UPS online portal.
- All other administrative tasks, functions and special projects as requested by client and Macro Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as receptionist.
- A High school diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: 55,000 to 60,000 USD Annually
