- Manage and optimize calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare briefs, presentations, and follow-up documents.
- Organize business development activities including pipeline updates, client and prospect meetings, and proposal logistics.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications.
- Handle confidential data with integrity and compliance.
- Support the execution of key initiatives within growth agendas.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High-level support experience.
- Familiarity with sales cycle support and CRM platforms.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid mode with NYC presence.
