About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing a global FM account team and supply chain partners, with a presence across the Americas, Europe, and APAC, to ensure exemplary Property and Facilities Management services are delivered to the Client. You will manage resources and promote an ethos of “one team” working collaboratively, instilling a culture of continuous improvement. You will provide support and guidance to ensure workflows are delivered effectively and develop the team to achieve their full potential. You will build a relationship based on trust with the Client and lead an integrated team that effectively delivers FM services aligned with the Client’s strategic objectives.

About The Role

Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client, developing strong professional relationships with key stakeholders. Provide leadership to the Macro team and service partners.
- Lead the strategic development of best-in-class FM services aligned with the Client’s strategic objectives, Service Level Requirements, and minimum standards. Introduce industry best practices and innovations to continuously improve cost efficiency and performance.
- Act as an integrator by strengthening relationships with the Client and harnessing the combined expertise of Macro and FM supply partners.
- Deliver best-in-class FM services that provide a superior employee experience, ensuring visitors are welcomed and their needs are anticipated.
- Inspire the FM team to deliver seamless, efficient, and responsive services. Coach, train, and develop the team to continually raise performance standards.
- Lead and motivate regional managers and key account roles to maintain the highest standards of service in accordance with the relevant contracts. Foster a passion for customer service and develop talent through effective career management techniques.
- Understand and adapt to evolving business needs by considering the employee perspective, being proactive, and developing a deep understanding of the Client’s business. Recognize the importance of value-based management.
- Be accountable for risk management, profitability, and budget delivery across the Client account. Ensure legal and statutory compliance and manage all financial responsibilities related to operations.
- Develop and coach the Macro management team and other direct reports, actively supporting their professional development and career aspirations.
- Manage all staffing matters, including recruitment, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Implement and audit site standards and specifications in line with agreed KPIs, ISO standards, and legislative requirements. Establish and implement new policies and procedures as required.
- Promote excellent communication and engagement across site teams, ensuring strong commitment and loyalty to the company.
- Implement robust procedures to ensure consistency across the Client account.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree-level qualification.
- Membership of a relevant professional body.
- IOSH, NEBOSH, or OSHA qualifications, as appropriate.
- Experience in a senior leadership or account executive role.
