Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nebraska. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of equipment and vehicles. Tasks may include diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, replacing parts, and ensuring that all equipment complies with safety standards. You will collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain the operational readiness of the equipment and machinery. Maintaining accurate records and documentation is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills, including equipment diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Basic electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting systems and replacing components.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides.
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience in mechanical, automotive, or equipment repair is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical certifications or vocational training in mechanics or a related field would be an advantage.
