As an Originator in our New York office, you will be part of a high performing global team. The Fund Finance team specializes in providing innovative fund financing solutions to private equity, secondaries and real assets funds across the lifecycle. You will be responsible for growing the Fund Finance business by sourcing financing opportunities with new sponsor clients.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will focus on sourcing fund finance opportunities with US financial sponsors across private equity, private credit, and real assets, driving growth in the Fund Finance business. You will provide innovative and customized financing solutions by collaborating closely with internal teams and leveraging Macquarie’s Fixed Income & Currencies platform. Additionally, you will manage and nurture client relationships to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific needs across the fund lifecycle.
The compensation range for this opportunity is a base salary of $200,000 - $262,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What You Offer
- Over 7 years of relevant experience in fund finance, including at least 5 years in an origination role
- Proven success in sourcing and executing NAV, subline, and hybrid financing transactions, along with well-established relationships with US financial sponsors
- Deep product knowledge across private equity, direct lending, and real assets, combined with strong client focus, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop bespoke financing solutions
- A degree in business, finance, or economics is highly desirable
