This is a senior-level opportunity for a well-regarded practitioner to play a meaningful role in expanding a market-leading fund finance platform at an institution known for sophisticated sponsor work and premium deal flow.
The Opportunity
The incoming partner will advise top-tier private equity, credit, infrastructure, and alternative asset managers on complex fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid financings, and other bespoke lending structures. The practice is deeply integrated with the firm’s broader private funds, finance, and transactional capabilities, offering consistent, high-value work and strong cross-selling potential.
The firm is open to strategic lateral integration, including partners with an existing practice as well as those seeking a platform with greater scale, global reach, or institutional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on sophisticated fund finance transactions across a range of asset classes
- Serve as primary relationship partner to sponsor and lender clients
- Collaborate with private funds, leveraged finance, and capital markets teams
- Contribute to practice growth through client development and mentoring
- Play a visible role in shaping the long-term direction of the fund finance group
Candidate Profile
- Partner-level attorney with a strong fund finance background
- Demonstrated experience advising sponsors and/or lenders on complex facilities
- Portable business is welcome but not required for the right strategic fit
- Strong client management skills and a collaborative, institutional mindset
- Licensed and in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
