Core Duties

• Construct building components and metal panels by adhering to specific work orders and technical requirements.
• Interpret assembly guides, technical drawings, and blueprints to guide your work.
• Utilize power and hand tools to accurately measure, trim, and assemble various materials.
• Verify that all completed items satisfy our strict quality benchmarks.
• Ensure the safe and productive operation of all manufacturing machinery.
• Prepare finished goods for the shipping process.
• Help maintain a tidy, orderly, and secure workspace for the entire team.
• Communicate any equipment issues or quality defects to leadership.
• Adhere to all established organizational safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to help the team achieve its daily output targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in production, construction, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and the ability to use a tape measure accurately.
• Experience or comfort level operating various hand and power tools.
• A sharp eye for detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Physical capability to stand for long shifts and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• A strong work ethic and a track record of reliable attendance.
• The ability to contribute effectively both as an individual and as a collaborative team member.
