Manufacturing Production Technician

As a Manufacturing Production Technician, you will play a vital role in our high-performance facility by operating specialized machinery to assemble high-quality door products. You will contribute to our team's success by maintaining precise equipment settings, ensuring product quality, and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Perform pre-operation inspections and load essential components like hinges and screws to maintain production flow.
• Manage conveyor operations and utilize manual tools to ensure accurate hardware alignment and assembly.
• Execute routine equipment adjustments, including bit changes and hardware calibration, to optimize output.
• Identify and route non-conforming products for repair to ensure only top-tier items reach our customers.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace by adhering to LOTO protocols and utilizing pneumatic equipment safely.
• Rotate across various production stations to support team versatility and meet daily throughput targets.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods to keep the line moving.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong mathematical aptitude, specifically the ability to convert fractions to decimals and perform accurate measurements.
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and execute detailed work instructions.
• Ability to pass standard pre-employment screening requirements.

Preferred Skills

• 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production setting.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Experience operating hand and power tools for assembly or light repair tasks.
