- Optimize production flow by managing material changeovers, restocking rails, and removing cullboards to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs to keep production lines running at peak performance.
- Maintain a high standard of station organization and cleanliness to support a seamless manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily output goals and communicate process improvements to supervisors.
