This is a full-time, on-site Parts Specialist role located in Shippensburg, PA. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and acquiring the necessary parts for their equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate inventory control. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, tracking orders, organizing inventory, and collaborating with the service team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide exceptional support and ensure a positive customer experience
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Inventory Control to maintain accurate stock levels and streamline processes
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact with customers, team members, and suppliers effectively
