We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our expanding team. Our facility specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality precast concrete components essential for large-scale infrastructure, including roadways and bridges.

Candidate Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Proven ability to perform tasks in outdoor settings or facilities without climate control
- Physical capacity to handle demanding manual labor tasks
- Flexibility to commit to extended hours and overtime requirements
- Dependable transportation paired with a consistent and professional work ethic
Shift Details:
- Standard work week runs Monday through Friday
- Early morning shifts beginning at 3:00 AM
- Extended daily shifts ranging from 12 to 14 hours
Core Responsibilities:
- Construct and put together various concrete forms and finished goods
- Refine and level concrete surfaces to meet quality standards
- Assemble and set up steel reinforcement materials
- Contribute to the efficient production of concrete elements to support critical infrastructure projects
- Ensure the workspace remains organized and safe to promote team productivity
Salary : $17 - $21
