Pre Cast Concrete Laborer

Role Overview:

As a member of our production team, you will contribute to the daily manufacturing of precast concrete. Your primary focus involves supporting the crew through material handling, equipment maintenance, and hands-on labor, all while developing your technical skills and adhering to our core safety standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support the team by helping with stripping, finishing, and pouring concrete to ensure production goals are met.
• Prepare and sanitize work zones, forms, and machinery to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage the movement of supplies and materials throughout the facility.
• Provide direct support to supervisors and experienced staff to streamline daily workflows.
• Operate various hand and power tools with a focus on safe and efficient usage.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all PPE and safety guidelines.
• Ensure the workspace remains tidy and well-organized to promote operational efficiency.
• Adjust to varying schedules and overtime requirements as dictated by project timelines.
• Execute assigned duties with precision and speed to support overall productivity.
• Take on additional responsibilities as requested by management.

• Remain active on your feet, including bending, kneeling, and climbing, throughout your shift.
• Understand and execute both written and verbal directives clearly.
• Show a genuine interest in mastering production techniques and safety protocols.
