We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with single wide mobile home installation, including sewer, water, propane, natural gas, and electric rough-in work, anchoring systems, block piers, leveling, skirting, and general construction.
Responsibilities
- Install and level single wide manufactured homes.
- Complete utility rough-ins, including sewer, water, propane, natural gas, and electric.
- Install anchoring systems and block piers.
- Install skirting and assist with related finishing work.
- Support general construction tasks as needed.
- Operate equipment such as track loaders and mini-excavators when required.
Qualifications
- Experience with manufactured home installation.
- General construction knowledge.
- Experience with concrete work preferred.
- Ability to operate track loaders and mini-excavators preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely in outdoor job site conditions.
Compensation
- $17–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
