Machine Operator

Our manufacturing facility in Fletcher, NC, is looking for a talented and committed Machine Operator to support our production goals. You will be instrumental in maintaining high performance across our equipment, making this an ideal role for someone who takes pride in hands-on work and precision.

• Manage and oversee equipment functionality to ensure optimal and safe performance.
• Handle the loading and unloading of raw materials and completed goods to keep the workflow moving.
• Utilize technical schematics and blueprints to configure machinery for precise operation.
• Perform routine quality inspections to help maintain a high standard of excellence for all output.
• Record production figures and labor hours into the ERP system with high accuracy.
• Work alongside colleagues to help boost overall shop floor productivity and process efficiency.
• Record operational data and notify management immediately regarding any equipment malfunctions.

• Completion of high school or a GED; vocational training is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated history of success in machine operation or comparable industrial positions.
• Solid mechanical understanding and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals and complex blueprints.
• Meticulous focus on detail to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Capability to function well both autonomously and in a collaborative group setting.
• Openness to adjusting your schedule and putting in extra hours when production demands it.
• Must provide own transportation as ride sharing, carpooling, or public transit are not allowed.
• Ability to work safely in an environment containing metal, oils, coolants, anti-foam agents, and detergents.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a high-speed manufacturing setting.
